We’re looking for a Product Manager to own and drive the development of our Data Subject Rights Request (DSRR) module, one of the most critical components of our platform.

Role Overview

As a Product Manager for the DSRR Module, you’ll be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Data Subject Rights Request capabilities. You’ll work at the intersection of technology, compliance, and user experience.

You’ll engage directly with customers across Africa to understand their needs and translate those insights into product features that simplify the management of data subject rights requests.

Key Responsibilities

Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for the DSRR module
Conduct user research and gather feedback from customers across Africa and the Gulf
Prioritize features and manage the product backlog
Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality features
Monitor product performance metrics and iterate based on data
Stay updated on data protection regulations affecting DSRR processes
Create product documentation and training materials
Present product updates to stakeholders and customers

Requirements & Qualifications

3+ years of product management experience in SaaS or B2B software
Understanding of data protection regulations (GDPR, NDPA, POPIA)
Experience with agile development methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Experience with product analytics tools
Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into user-friendly features
