We are a remote-first company. Most of our team works remotely from various locations across Africa. We provide the tools and support you need to be productive from anywhere.
Not necessarily. While domain knowledge is a plus, we value strong fundamentals and a willingness to learn. We provide comprehensive onboarding and ongoing training to help you understand the privacy compliance landscape.
Our tech stack includes React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python among others. We use modern tools and frameworks to build scalable, reliable solutions for our customers.
Our typical hiring process takes 2-4 weeks and includes an initial screening, a technical or role-specific assessment, and a final interview with the team. We aim to be transparent and responsive throughout the process.
